Do you have a "real" store or are you an eCommerce only retailer?

We do have a real store in the picturesque market town of Easingwold in North Yorkshire. The store has been open for 43 years!

Can I return an item if I'm not happy with it for some reason?

Yes! As long as you have not removed the tags or labels you can return your item for a full refund, or request an exchange for a different size (stock permitting). Please see our returns policy for more details

How accurate are the colours in your photos?

We do our best to ensure that the photos are as accurate as possible, however the colours are to some extent subjective: a garment viewed in daylight will look slightly different when viewed inside with normal household lighting. Also, each computer monitor will display colours slightly differently - so the same photo viewed on your computer may look a little different on your friend's computer. But don't worry, the garment designers choose their colours wisely so you shouldn't get any nasty surprises. In any event, our 21 day returns policy allows you to return your purchase if you are not happy for any reason.

I'm not sure about my size what should I do?

Please call us on 01347 821545, or email us at team@charleshobson.co.uk - we would be more than happy to offer our assistance. Some garments are smaller or larger to size than others - for example "slim fit" items - so we do recommend that you speak to us to avoid disappointment.

I saw something in your sale but now the sale has finished, can I still have it at the reduced price?

Sorry! Sales are limited in duration. If you see an item in the sale that you like we recommend you buy it now to avoid disappointment at a later date. 

I got offered a promotional code, how do I redeem it?

Occasionally we will run promotions on our site, which may be offered to you via pop-up prompts or by email if you subscribe to our mailing list newsletter. These can be redeemed on the checkout page, under the 'Got a discount code?' link. Please be sure to copy the code exactly. Do make note of any terms and conditions, such as the code only applying for selected products/under certain criteria etc. Please note that valid promotional codes will only ever be provided by ourselves, and not through a third party. 

Do you ship outside the UK?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any countries outside of the UK.
